CANCELLATION POLICY

Freedman Psychology requires 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. You may call our clinic at any time including after hours, as we do have an answering service that allows you to leave a message. The 24 hours notice will be taken into account from the time of the call. Where clinically appropriate, our psychologists may be able to offer a telehealth appointment as a means to help you attend your appointment.  

Where less than 24 hours’ notice is given for a cancellation/reschedule, or where a client does not attend a scheduled appointment, the full session fee will be collected on the day of the scheduled appointment via stored credit card details.

This cancellation policy assists us to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic, and to offer any available appointments to clients on the psychologist’s waiting list.
